Currently seeking new team members who share our passion for customer service excellence and the aviation industry! The Line Service Technician is a critical position on our team and is responsible for performing ramp duties, aircraft fueling and other services on the airfield in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. This position will report to the Line Service Manager

Key duties include:

• Delivers and receives fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Maintains a working knowledge of specific aircraft refueling instructions.
• Operates all company ground support equipment as requested or required, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power unit, deice truck, etc.
• Performs ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
• Performs customer service activities such as helping customers with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
• Assists with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Ensures all buildings and grounds are safe, clean and organized.
• Conducts or assists with daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.

• Be comfortable and physically able to work in an environment with frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
• Be physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 50 lbs.
• Have previous experience in line service or equivalent (strongly preferred, but not required).
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred, but not required).
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Possess and maintain valid state drivers’ license.

Work schedule:

• This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Work schedule evenings to include some weekends.
