THE BATTERY, within vibrant Sparkman Wharf, offers its guests a one-of-a-kind culinary experience that focuses on fine bourbon, exquisite wine, and a classic, yet refined menu (think tapas-sized shareables, house-made pasta, prime seafood and steak, and premier desserts).

We’re looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, passionate, energized, and committed line cook that can be a member of our BoH team and that will contribute day-to-day to the success of our fast-paced operation. We’re not looking to hire for the sake of hiring — we want to add an individual to the team that is truly going to enhance our operation and that takes pride in his/her work product. Minimum 2-years of experience in a medium/high-volume kitchen is required. Commitment to sanitation procedures is a must. Ability to work as a positive, contributing member of a team is absolutely required
