Assisting kitchen chef prepare ingredient before dinner service, making appetizer, and clean up at the end of the shift.
Basic Experience: $19-$25 per hour depends on relevant experience

What You Will Do

Assisting and following the direction of the Executive Chef
Striving and achieving maintenance of quality standards
Communicate clearly with FOH managers and Executive Chef
Take direction and feedback to insure quality of product
Prep and cook while working smart, clean, organized, and calculated

What You Need to Bring to the Table

2+ years of experience
High end level restaurant experience is a must
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong passion and dedication to food and hospitality
Polished, professional and energetic approach cooking
Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment
Ability to be adaptable and abide by policies and values of company
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
