The Aikens Group and the Hilton Garden Inn expanding our award-winning team. The chosen applicant will be awarded a full-time job with potential growth opportunities in the hotel industry.

Cooking in a fast paced environment. Must follow recipes and plate presentation. Guest facing position, so presentation and uniform a must.

Must meet or exceed all standards on local health codes, Hilton guidelines, and company standards

Prepping for breakfast and dinner menu.

Assisting in preparing banquets. Learning plating and preparation from our Chef.

Working with Chef to produce new and exciting dishes

Weekends required.

Must be dependable and flexible- includes cooking breakfast in the morning, on one day, and then possibly cooking dinner that same week.

Washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen.

Qualifications Include:

• Great customer service and friendly personality
• The ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must have the ability to lift, bend, and move equipment
• Must be able to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
