Customer Support( Inbound Call/Scheduling Speciliast )
Reports To: HEAP Energy Education Manager
Position Summary: Responsible for handling all customer inbound calls, reviewing applications and determining eligibility of all HEAP/ECIP (Home Energy Assistance and Energy Crisis Intervention Program), Energy customers. In addition, CSA will be required to provide rotating support in the ELEAT (Eastern Los Angeles Energy Assistance Team) Enrollment Specialist team .
· Responsible for handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (100 – 200 calls) daily in a fast-pace environment
· Responsible for intake, eligibility, referral and documentation of all HEAP/ECIP (Home Energy Assistance and Energy Crisis Intervention Program), Energy and Weatherization clients
· Provide assistance with proper understanding of documentation required for service and assistance with the completion of forms
· Assist low-income households for energy conservation programs.
· Determines if household is eligible to receive Weatherization services by completing the intake process and reviewing applicant documentation in order to verify eligibility.
· Schedule qualified customers for Energy Assistance and Education Workshops
· Assist in processing applications
· Promotes energy efficiency and conservation to clients individually or in groups
· Ensures program compliance in all processes
· Enters/updates customer information into various databases.
· Attends trainings, meetings and other program activities initiated by program partners.
· Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 3 years of Intake Eligibilty , Inbound call center or similar experience
· 1 year of processing applications expereince
· Bilingual Required (Spanish)
Read, understand, speak and write English at a level appropriate for the position.
· Read and comprehend relevant contracts, regulations, policy, procedures, management directives, and other appropriate program information.
· Ability to make decisions in standard procedural matters without immediate supervision.
· Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Schedule : Moday - Friday 8am-5pm
