Our nation's housing market has seen a resurgence of activity lately, and as a result we are currently looking to hire Licensed Real Estate Agents with experience in the area. The Licensed Real Estate Agents we employ will enjoy working alongside other experienced professionals and benefit from a flexible schedule and competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have prior real estate experience and an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market.

Responsibilities:

• Make suggestions about how to sell the property for the best price.
• Analyze and recommend methods for promoting and improving property value.
• Show prospective buyers around a property and evaluate the terms of a sale.
• Be aware of reputation, confidentiality, and appearance issues.
• Negotiate between the buyer and seller.
• Maintain real estate license.
• Respond to customer service requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
