I’m looking for a licensed Realtor to join my small team. Some experience is important, but more importantly, you should fit the culture of the team and brand.

A little about the team: I am a prolific real estate writer and video creator. I create videos and blogs that educate the public and attract very high quality clients who trust us to help them. My videos are straightforward, honest, intelligent, not salesy, and funny. Unlike getting “leads” from other platforms, the clients that contact us have already developed trust in our brand and are excited to work with us. They trust us, and it’s our job to maintain that trust!

Qualities I am looking for:

• Intelligent and competent.
• Comfortable consulting with top professionals: doctors, engineers, executives, etc..
• Honest to a fault. We don’t “close the deal.” We consult to help the client get what THEY want and always advise in their best interests.
• Detail oriented and capable of dealing with all the little bits of a real estate transaction, keeping the clients on track for closing and navigating deadlines with ease.
• You LOVE helping people! Will go the extra mile to make the experience a positive one. Excited about those little touches that make people feel good and enjoy brainstorming ways to create those little touches.
• Great negotiator. Able to read people well and to read between the lines to see where there is room in the negotiation.
• Great at maintaining relationships. Relationships are the bedrock of the real estate business. Whether it’s the cooperating agent on the other side of the transaction, delicate family relationships within client families, or relationships with vendors and inspectors, the quality of the relationship determines how smoothly the transaction proceeds.

What you won’t have to do:

Make cold calls. Every person you call will have first reached out to us requesting a contact. In most cases, the lead will already have had a significant “warming up” discussion with the team lead.

Job Description

• Connect with new clients sent you by the team lead to get them started on their home search.
• Maintain relationships with clients who are still in planning phases. Some client leads will be ready immediately. Some will be a few months away from the start of their search. Some will be a year or more. You will be maintaining relationships with these people in partnership with the team lead. There will be quality content created specifically for you to help you connect and stay in touch with them for those who are further out in their search.
• Help clients get from contract to close by either leveraging our in house closing services or managing the process on your own.
