Road to Responsibility has been supporting Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 30 years in communities across the South Shore. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse at our Day program to work within our small team, providing care in a the home environment.
Duties Include:
- Following medical plans and communicating services to team members
- Documentation of services
- Communication with medical providers and families
- Documentation and administration of medication
