Job Description:

· Supervise all services provided by the residential facilities to residents and comply with all applicable regulations

· Ensure that facilities are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification

· Maintain census and referral list

· Prepare and complete all accounts payable, account receivable, and payroll

· Perform all personnel functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, and scheduling

Requirements:

· Bachelor's in a Social Service Related Field

· Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)

· Minimum of 1 Year of Management Experience

Preferred:

· 2 Years of Experience in the Field of Developmental Disabilities

· 3-5+ years of Management Experience in Social Services Field
