The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing of Normal is a skilled nursing facility located in Normal, Illinois. We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others, who creates and fosters a team environment, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
The Administrator will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the facility while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, local and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations and while ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times.
The Administrator will also be responsible for the overall leadership, management, staffing & success of the facility; as well as oversee financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, business development goals & maximization of revenue. The Administrator will also remain attentive to excellent family relations & resident care.
REQUIREMENTS:
- This position does require an active State of Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license.
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and the applicable state and federal regulations that govern the operation of skilled nursing homes
- Ability to work successfully with diverse staff and resident population
- Proven leadership and communication skills
