The purpose of Briarwood Detox is to remove personal barriers through the
blending of nursing, medical and clinical methods, giving each individual the opportunity to be successful in recovery. Briarwood Detox is a nursing with LVN medical drug and alcohol detox program is designed to utilize medical detox nurses LVN, for a successful completion of detox.

The medical detox, our nursing and LVN staff, is the first step in the recovery process.
Our medical detox program consists of a variety of detox protocols, for our nursing and LVN staff to use during the detoxification process.

Working as a Team
Our multidisciplinary medical treatment team is made up of highly experienced nurses, doctors, LVN , and nurse practitioners, who specialize in medical detoxification of drugs and alcohol. Nurses and LVN will work together, with clients, and with families, to help the client complete the detox process. Because our nurses truly care about our clients and will do what it takes to ensure their first stop in the recovery process is positive and successful.

in Austin, Texas, near The Domain.

Responsibilities
● LVN deliver quality care through assessment, monitoring, communication, self-administration of medication, education, client advocacy, and confidentially.
● LVN maintain compliance to State, accreditations, and company policies and procedures, through proper documentation and completing; intakes, discharges, infection control, detox assessments, history and physicals, lab orders, and coordinating physician orders and any emergency medical care.
● LVN operate in a team environment through; staff meetings, training, and communication.

General Qualifications
● LVN must have the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals while
maintaining appropriate boundaries.
● LVN excellent oral, scheduling, and communication skills are required.
● LVN must have a valid Texas LVN/LPN license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
