MLO- Mortgage Loan Officer
Motto Mortgage – A REMAX brand seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer

Motto Mortgage Competitive Partners is seeking forward-thinking Loan Originator that is hungry for growth and more internal opportunities.

First as a Loan Originator, you will evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of residential real estate loans.

You will also advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.

You control your future in this position. You grow with us, and more opportunities will transpire, even potential minority ownership.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission potential

Bonuses

Profit sharing

Potential small equity ownership after proven tenure and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance Mortgage

• Creating business

• Generating 1M+ in volume or 5 loans a month

• Performance bonuses

• Overrides of other MLO’s

Qualifications:

• Mortgage experience required (minimum 1 year+)

• Ability to utilize CRM systems

• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and accurately

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

'Work Location: Fully Remote Work (Main Focus Is in the NC, SC and FL states)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Loan origination: 1 year (Required)
