Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW)

Casa Recovery is now accepting applications for experienced therapists at our private mental health healing center. Therapists at our facility are part of a small, professional treatment team along with case managers, psychiatrists, psychologists, holistic practitioners and nurses.
Job description
Our therapists are responsible for providing initial individual client assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and discharge planning. In addition to carrying a caseload of clients, therapists facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group therapy sessions with assigned groups of clients as well as family therapy sessions.
Responsibilities also include:
- Establishing client rapport, systematically gathering data, and applying accepted criteria for diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorders.
- Possessing knowledge and understanding of individual patient and family dynamics in the early stages of treatment.
- Conducting topic groups and displaying good theoretical knowledge of subject matter and effective communication skills in delivering material.
- Completing charting and documentation in accordance with documentation policies and procedures within 24 hours of completion of clinical sessions.
- Adherence to all JCAHO accreditation standards.
- Participation in administrative supervision and team meetings; attendance to other meetings as appropriate, or as requested by supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher education level required
- License required in California, LMFT or LCSW

Pay: $97,600.00 - $109,100.00 per year
