Farm Bureau Insurance is a multi line insurance company offering Auto, Life, Home, Health and Commercial. This agency is in immediate need of a Customer Service Rep in Pembroke Pines. 440/220 license is preferred. Bi Lingual English/Spanish is a plus. This position is 40 hours weekly.
This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed CSR with Life Insurance experience begin a career position within our agency.
Insurance CSR Requirements:
Previous Experience in Insurance Preferred
Enthusiastic about the role that insurance products play in member's everyday lives
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong Negotiation Skills
Decision Making Ability
Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance and Life Sales CSR Responsibilities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Answers phone calls.
Responsible for effectively using all available resources to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
Diagnosis customer issues at a foundational level, provides solutions and uses a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing customers' needs with company guidelines.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
