Job description:

A Balanced Life is seeking a professional, highly skilled, CA BBS Registered Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and supervisor to join our growing private practice in beautiful South Lake Tahoe.

Reports to:

Clinical Director & Business Manager

Compensation:

Initially, you will begin as an hourly employee.

Upon commencement, we will immediately start onboarding clients with you, gradually progressing the size of your client load.

Our goal is to transition you to a Salaried position with benefits. After the initial 3 months, you may be offered salary based upon performance.

Hourly range: $28.00-$100.00/hour

Licensed Salary Package:

• 55k-120K based upon performance and hours worked
