- Degree/Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (Certified by the AHA)
- License: Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social worker. A clinical social work license is defined as a license that allows the Social Worker to practice independently without clinical supervision.
- Experience: Shall have a minimum of two years of experience within the past five years in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting working with an adult population, or with children and teens if specifically working with that population. Experience working in a government setting such as DoD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF is preferable.
