Legal Assistant - Transactional, Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation in Macomb County
Macomb County law firm is seeking an experienced corporate and transactional legal assistant with prior litigation experience. Ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience in supporting a top shareholder who practice areas are corporate / transactional law experience to include work with real estate, estate planning, corporate formations, etc... General litigation and e-filing experience is also required. Candidate must have strong proofreading skills, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude and be a team player.
This is a direct hire in-office position with excellent benefits and a friendly work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
