We are currently looking to add a Part Time Leasing Specialist to our team! Must be high- energy, organized, a self-starter, and a team player. This is a hybrid position, can work from, but will need to be in office somedays. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.

The focus of this position is to manage the residential units located throughout the Quad Cities. This role also assists with the planning, directing, or coordinating of the leasing, marketing or governance activities of commercial or residential real estate properties.

• Send informational communication to tenants as needed as well as posting important notices in the building in a timely and professional fashion.
• Facilitate the handling of complaints or grievances by responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Assists with the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial and residential properties.
• Assists with the direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of incurred operating expenses as well as the follow up with past due rent invoices, creating three day notices and starting the eviction process.
• Assists with Property Manager when meeting with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships and provide excellent customer service internally and externally.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
