We seek an Irving, Texas-based Leasing Professional to join our team at The Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments.

Your role is to professionally provide a high level of exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.

As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic office team and report to our Community Manager.

What You Will Do:
  • Engage and welcome guests upon entering
  • Professionally interact, build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
  • Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
  • Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
  • Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
  • Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
  • Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
  • Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of leasing experience in property management or relevant experience in customer service or sales, plus the following credentials/skills:
  • Passion for assisting others
  • Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm for taking on new challenges, and desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals
  • Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
