We are a large apartment complex with apartment communities located in Vernon, Tolland, Ellington, and East Windsor. We are looking for an enthusiastic, polished professional with excellent customer service skills, emphasizing in a busy customer-based environment.

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties associated with leasing such as:

• Advertise properties and process applications for prospective tenants.
• Prepare leases and necessary move-in documents.
• Renew leases with current tenants.
• Accept security deposits, rent, and applicable fees.
• Inspect apartments when tenants take occupancy and vacate.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
• Recording and updating details of tenants in computer database.
• Accepts rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and maintains resident documents and files.

Leasing Agent Requirements include:

• Independent and able to work in multiple office locations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of leasing/property management principles is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
