The Leader in Training has three areas of focus. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing people and teams to model our core values and meet the business's goals. They will provide servant leadership that results in front-of-house and back-of-house operational excellence. Lastly, this individual will provide relevant communication to the Interim Managers, leadership team, and team members to ensure a cohesive team working effectively in difficult situations.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and guard the culture relative to Chick-fil-A's purpose, vision, and values- Assess and develop team members to be effective in their roles
- Work alongside team members and model behaviors necessary for them to achieve their goals and the restaurant's goals
- Ensure food safety requirements are being met at all times
- Ensure systems are in place to provide quality food while minimizing food waste
- Align resources to meet our speed of service targets and quick service industry-leading order accuracy
- Model and teach genuine hospitality
- Consistently and systematically drive cleanliness standards (Front Counter/Kitchen/Dining Room/Rest Rooms/etc.)
- Work with other leaders as they follow the processes for efficient and highly productive day-to-day operations
- Be a problem solver that keeps a constant pulse on overall operations, and always be working toward continuous improvement
- Operate with a high level of communication around changes, announcements, events, issues, things going right, and pertinent business-related information

- 2 years of previous customer service experience required
