Moderno Porcelain Works is currently looking for lead installers who have a crave for innovation and growth.

Moderno Porcelain Works fully dedicates itself to large format porcelain slabs. Moderno can be found on floors, showers, fireplaces, countertops, among other applications. We began our journey in 2019, right before the pandemic. As company who has a dedication to succeed, we were able to grow in 14 other locations. You can find employment in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Minnesota, Colorado, Arizona, and California.
Do you have what it takes to join the porcelain movement?
We are currently looking for experienced lead installers. Whether you have experience with porcelain, natural stone, or others, you are welcomed to apply! As a lead installer you will have your own team to manage different projects. You will no longer have to do the heavy lifting! This salary position starts at $62,400 but can start at more depending on experience. All tools to install are provided by us.
You must have the following to be considered.
- 6 -8 years of installation experience in tile floors, walls, and/or countertops.
- Measuring skills (doing mental fractions)
- 2 or more years of experience making stone caps and edges.
- Epoxy with catalyzer and caulking application is also required.
- Experienced with angle grinders, polisher, and clamps.
- Sink & tub cutouts at job site (varies)
- Dependable (your team needs you!)
- Communication, leadership, and management skills
- Legal ability to work in the U.S.
- No prior convictions
- Ability to pass a background check.
