Job Description:

Our Lead Teachers at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) are instrumental in creating an environment that supports a child’s natural desire to explore, experiment, and discover.

What are a Lead Teacher’s skills and qualifications?

• Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or CDA Certificate
• At least two (2) years or a minimum of 2,500 hours of childcare experience
• Ability to supervise staff effectively
• Ability to speak, hear, read, write, and generally understand English sufficiently to give directions and communicate with both children and adults

Pay: $15.25 - $21.50 per hour
