Job description

Lead Line Cook (AM)

- Prepare kitchen each morning for opening (Tuesday-Saturday)

- Cook and plate food from our "All Day Menu" (11:00a-End of Shift)

- Ensure that all kitchen stations are well stocked

- Prepare Soups, Stocks, Sauces, etc. from scratch to recipe

- Help prepare items for dinner service as needed

- Assist with Banquet and Special Event prep as needed

- Use knives, deli slicer, vitamix, robot coupe, immersion blenders, and various other kitchen utensils and equipment

- Able to correctly use kitchen ranges, fryers, grills, ovens, steam tables, etc. as well as be able to correctly clean and sanitize the equipment

- Must be a sanitation "expert" (ServSafe certified prefered)

- Must understand food rotation practices and how to stock store rooms and coolers

- Assist all kitchen staff in maintaining a clean kitchen by doing dishes when needed, taking out garbage as needed, sweeping and mopping as needed, and additional daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks assigned by the Chef

- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
