The Role
With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist will enter, prospect, qualify and generate new leads to support the recruitment team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new recruitment prospects from inbound marketing leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and text to find, identify, and introduce qualified candidates to the Recruitment Team.
  • Listen and capture prospect’s needs and set up a follow up call for the Recruitment Team.
  • Enter and manage data for new and prospective candidates within ATS (Staffbot), ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Conduct a leads analysis through reports and dashboard to determine productivity of various lead sources.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Support Manager to develop and grow the lead sources and candidate pipeline to consistently meet quarterly goals.
  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move throughout office environment.
  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.
  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.
