About this role

We're looking for a badass, web-savvy writer to join our marketing team – someone with a proven track record of great work, regardless of years of experience. In this role, you’ll establish and reinforce our brand voice across all marketing channels and campaigns. While this role reports directly to the Senior SEO Manager, you’ll have a chance to work on paid ads, emails, webinars, and more. This is an awesome opportunity for an ambitious writer to help a high-performing marketing team establish a brand as the go-to platform for HR heroes.

What will I be doing?

This position’s primary goal is to support traffic growth and lead generation for our website. You’ll be responsible for strategizing and executing on written communications to support our marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include:

• Write and edit blog posts, emails, ad copy, webinar abstracts, and other marketing materials
• Apply adept research skills to create thought leadership content that’s thorough, well-researched, credibly sourced, and demonstrates subject-matter-expertise
• Know our brand voice inside and out, and help us develop it moving forward
• Work with our designers to schedule imagery and layouts for our website
• Learn how to use our tools to publish content and create and analyze reports
• Learn how to apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to ensure that our content continues to fuel organic growth
• Learn how to apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices to drive optimal results from every campaign

• A fast learner with demonstrable experience creating compelling, crisp, and accurate content
