Jabz Boxing Fiesta Trails is a new gym to hit San Antonio, TX. We are a boutique fitness studio located in the Fiesta Trails shopping center. It is a kickboxing inspired circuit workout with a different body focus everyday. We offer cardio and strength circuits focusing on full body, lower body, upper body and core.

The Lead Coach is responsible for the execution of new coach training for Jabz Boxing

in their studio. They set the standard of excellence for coaches and are the primary

driver in creating and cultivating on-brand Jabz Boxing coaches in the expansion of the

brand.

As a Jabz Boxing Lead Coach, you are responsible for delivering scientifically

predesigned workouts for up to 20 members per class. This position requires a strong

ability to train and manage time and motivate multiple members in a group setting.

Furthermore, this position is one of leadership and requires the ability to help train and

manage the team of trainers at the studio. The participation and execution of tasks by a

Jabz Boxing Lead Coach is paramount to member retention and growth at the studio.

Lead Coach Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading all trainings of incoming coaches to the studio

• Remain up-to-date on all required Jabz Boxing training modules; hold training staff

accountable to do the same

• Coach 12-20 classes per week, demonstrating flexibility with class scheduling and

subbing

• Foster and engage in an environment of internal trainer feedback. The Lead Coach

will perform formal written evaluations of the coaches at the studio on a quarterly

basis.

• Provide excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful

environment for all staff and members

• Attend classes from all coaches at the studio on a regular basis; at least 2 classes per

coaches per month and provide feedback when necessary

• Assist in the growth of the studio’s membership base

• Assist with recruiting coaches, as needed

• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)

• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
