Cabin Service Agent – Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the safety of the aircraft, and ensuring the standard for cleaning meets the expectations from the customer, which are measured by Audits. Monitor inbound flights, assign employees cleaning tasks, and log flight completion into database. Develop employees through observations and coaching.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures set forth by ISS Facility Services, Customer Airline, and Airport Authorities.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Operate/Drive company vehicle to and from work sites
• Communicate effectively to the team and the customer
• Lead teams throughout the shift by assigning cleaning tasks
• Coach employees using the Employee Corrective Action Notice
• Maintain a clean work area
• Track flight cleaning in database and daily tracker
• Report Inventory needs
• Pickup supplies from Cargo
• Fill in during staff shortage

Directly oversee and lead employees through the following, but not limited to:

• Performing thorough Security checks
• Checking for 100% compliance with safety cards onboard the aircrafts

• Wiping and disinfecting tray tables, and other surfaces
• Lavatory cleaning
• Restocking of supplies
• Cleaning areas occupied (e.g. break rooms, & Trailer)

• Picking up trash
• Transporting trash & waste to proper disposal areas
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Kit making (e.g. Flight attendant kit, Grab and Go kit)

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Ability to use problem solving
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communications skills and worked in a team environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Walking and climbing up to 500 stairs daily

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Hearing Protection is required while working on the ramp
• Exposure to all outside weather conditions
• Will be working with chemicals in a confined space

Pay: $19.00 per hour
