Elite Diagnostics is comprised of highly skilled, motivated focused professionals that are dedicated to client service. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide technical expertise on a diversified product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC). Executive Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and customer focused professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support multiple product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success
  • Manage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providing follow up plan if needed
  • Follow Clinical Lab policies, and patient testing
  • Perform Sample prep and Batch submission
  • Manage service inventory
  • Collaborate with technical support
  • Maintain sound knowledge regarding the technology
  • Ensure that quality system procedures and CLIA regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Follow all Quality Assurance regulations

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, engineering or other science related field
  • 2 years experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of scientific instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory
  • Ability to perform effective system level troubleshooting
  • License in the State of Tennessee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
