LCDC- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
Job description
Represents the agency as the county level marketer, administrator, and service provider of the program meeting expectations for current industry standard state requirements. Position will maintain current electronic documentation, meet productivity levels and fiscal responsibility and viability. Direct services to include program delivery in individual, group, family and educations formats; clinical substance use assessment, recovery plan development and occasional crisis intervention. Delivers Behavioral services to include Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services to an assigned caseload in a clinical setting. Will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary teams that could include their prescriber, case manager, and community resource contacts. Licensure as a Chemical Dependency Counselor required.
