The Position:
Our lawn care technician position provides lawn care services such as fertilizing and weed control on residential and commercial properties. You are provided a company truck/van (that stays at the shop) to run your own specific route.
What We Do:
- Lawn Fertilization/Weed Control on an annual program.
- Aeration
- Mosquito Control
- Tree/Shrub Fertilization and Treatment for Insects/Diseases
- Over-seeding fescue lawns in the fall.
Candidates Must Have the Following:
- Good driving record.
- Pass background and drug test.
- Clean, neat, and professional.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to walk all day.
Benefits and Pay:
- $30,000-$35,000 while training.
- $40,000-$50,000 as route manager.
- After 90 days, health insurance.
- Paid time off.
- 401K after 6 months.
