Description: We’re looking for Lawn Sprinkler Installers, Crew Leaders, and Laborers to join our Lawn Sprinkler Installation Team.
Job Summary:
Designing, Installing, Estimating, and completing Major Repairs to Lawn Sprinkler Systems throughout the state of New Jersey. Must have strong leadership and Training skills, directing the work of 3-5 team members. You’d ensure assigned Installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders Run the Installation from Start to Finish, while overseeing their team.

Duties:
Performance & Quality:
- Installing and overseeing Installations site operations and delegating work to crew members
- Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring Installation expectations are met
- Must have great Customer Service Skills.
Crew Management:
- Providing the Operations Manager with feedback on crew members.
- Turning in accurate crew time logs.
Qualifications:
- A driver's license is required. As a Lead technician, you will be traveling in our company vehicle from client to client. Vehicles are equipped with GPS to assist you in locating properties.
- Mechanical skills. You will be analyzing properties, laying out and installing irrigation systems, and repairing broken lawn sprinkler components. We supply the latest electronic equipment to assist you in your work.
- Hands-on work. Attention to detail is required when installing lawn sprinkler timers or running control wires in clients' homes. You will also need to dig up and repair sprinkler parts that are underground.
- Organization skills. Preparing paperwork for invoicing of the work you perform.
- Communication skills. You will need to work with clients to listen to what their problems are and explain the repairs needed to solve their issues
