B's Lawn Care is a growing, locally owned business in Cedar Falls. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and exceptional lawn care and landscaping results to our commercial and residential clients.
Job Duties:
- Lawn Maintenance including mowing and trimming
- Assist with landscape installations
- Snow removal
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Hard working
- Open to criticism and learning new skills
- Show up on time, and sober
- You will be expected to look presentable and act in a professional manner, particularly on clients property
- No smoking during work hours
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Previous experience with lawn care maintenance is preferred
- Previous experience driving a zero turn lawnmower is preferred
Compensation:
- $15-$30 dollars per hour depending on experience, with opportunities to increase pay
- Pay increases with productivity, the faster you work (without making mistakes) the more money you make.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Self-determined schedule
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cedar Falls, IA 50613: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
