YOUR LIFE AS A LAWN CARE TEAM LEAD

This landscaping position works a full-time schedule with Saturday availability when needed.

As a Lawn Care Team Lead, you play an essential role in ensuring jobs are done efficiently and effectively. Leading a crew with two to three workers, you inspire them to take pride in their work and produce quality results. Within the allotted time scheduled, you delegate tasks to your crew members including mowing, and trimming. To maintain an efficient operation, you fill out time and material sheets for projects. With you on our team, each crew member knows where they need to be and what needs to get done. You take great pride in helping to beautify and improve your community!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2+ years of lawn maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a medical card
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
