Field Service Professional

Spring-Green Lawn Care, located north of Zumbrota, is looking for individuals to perform quality lawn care applications including fertilizer and weed control to our customer's lawns throughout SE MN, while providing excellent customer service.

Those whom appreciate physical activity, working independently and outdoors, driving, problem solving, and whom are able to have genuine conversations with others would be great additions to our team. Pet lovers would enjoy the interaction with animals while working on yards!

If you are looking to improve your physical condition, confidence, and learn about lawn care, while beautifying lawns-this would be a great lawn care position.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Driving independently while proficiently and safely using GPS is required.
• General labor including working in the outdoor heat and cold while doing the physical work of walking on uneven terrain, bending/lifting, sitting/standing, and must be able to carry up to 50+lbs.

· Working 4, 10-hour days from 7 AM-4PM during weekdays, some Saturday work may be needed

· Willingness to provide clear communication to customers, along with respectful communication with management

· Active participation in weekly meetings with crew

Experience in lawn care, lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, and landscaping is helpful, not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.25 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
