Job description

• Small, busy and growing Litigation firm seeking an attorney with 0-3 years experience, interested in civil litigation Defense work. Must be able to work independently under deadlines.
• The primary area of practice is Title 59, 1983 deprivation of rights claims and employment related Defense matters . Prior judicial internship or clerkship a plus, but not required. Recent law graduates or returning to work force lawyers are encouraged to apply. Great opportunity to develop real litigation skills including trial assistance.

Strong work ethics and the ability to pivot as necessary. Research and writing are constant aspects of the position.

• Advancement Opportunties. Position available January 2023 unless an early start date is necessitated by the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $72,500.00 - $82,000.00 per year
