Sea Bags is seeking a Laundry Attendant with strong organizational skills to join our production team.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing sail panels and parts in a heavy duty washer and organizing these components for use in our unique, handcrafted product. The attendant maintains an orderly work area and communicates clearly with the warehouse manager and production team members.

What you will be responsible for as a Laundry Attendant:

• Sorting, washing, drying, and organizing sail panels.
• Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and other necessary supplies.
• Ensuring the washer and dryer are continuously running.
• Ensuring that the facility always remains clean and organized.
• Work autonomously and be self-directed.
• Participate in quarterly and yearly inventory.
• Communicate any maintenance and upkeep issues to warehouse manager.
• Performs other reasonable duties as directed by the leadership team.

Experience/skills you will bring to the Laundry Attendant role:

• Be a team player and jump in and support any needs in the company when called upon.
• Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good scheduling and time management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate and articulate processes and instructions both orally and in writing.
• Physical ability to lift (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods. Ability to move throughout the warehouse, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hour a week or as needed during busy season including weekend and holidays.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
