• Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, & perform other lawn care duties.
• Operate power equipment including, lawnmowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, chain saws, and stick edgers.
• Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of equipment and irrigation system.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation.
• Candidates must be able to stand for long periods at a time, stooping, stretching, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and be able to work outdoors. Must be a responsible person that takes good direction with a positive attitude.
• Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew - a team player.
• Past experience in the landscape/construction/grounds maintenance industry is a plus.
• Capable of operating required equipment (zero turn mowers/walk-behinds) & tools in a safe/responsible manner.
• Reliable & Punctual with time management skills.
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools & equipment required to complete various lawn maintenance tasks.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
• Candidates must have a work permit and proper paperwork to be employed in the USA.
