Job Purpose Statement:

To keep Rose Hill property including the Main House, Nathan Hall and surrounding buildings and related equipment properly maintained and in good repair.

Job Functions:

Maintain all grass and landscaping areas assigned by Maintenance Manager.

Properly trim all shrubs and bushes at Rose Hill within the proper growing season of the specific plant.

Be able to accurately and proficiently drive and operate farm and landscape equipment including but not limited to: small farm tractors, zero turn riding lawn mowers, weed trimmers, gas powered hedge trimmers, pick-up trucks, seeders and aerators.

Maintain recreation areas and equipment.

Assist Maintenance Manager in servicing all vehicles, AUV and trailer.

Perform routine maintenance and make necessary repairs on all building facilities.

Consult Maintenance Manager or GM on any supplies or major repairs needed.

Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and staff.

Ensure personal appearance to meet company standards and display professionalism at all times.

Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
