Landscape Maintenance Division Manager - Stow, OH

As a Landscape Maintenance Division Manager, you are the business leader for the Lawn Maintenance Division. You will be responsible for all the key division functions including:

• Safety
• Team Development
• Customer Satisfaction
• Production Efficiency
• Quality Standards
• Sales & Growth
• Profitability

General Responsibilities:

• Oversite of Account Manager, Field Supervisors and Daily Crew activities
• Manage the sales plan and monitor results on a weekly basis. Assist the department in estimating, team selling, and closing of new business
• Monitor enhancement sales goals of company. Work with account managers to help identify, present and close business to achieve individual and division goals
• Personnel Development: Meet and work with divisional team to ensure they are growing and meeting company expectations
• Planning and Scheduling: Create time sensitive plans for upcoming needs in labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure proper scheduling of crews
• Work closely with Human Resources on recruitment of personnel (year-round)
• Provide continuous development strategies to optimize department efficiency
• Make sure all team members have a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities and expectations

• Client Management: Ensure relationships are established and satisfaction is earned with customers
• Safety: Enforcement of all safety procedures and policies
• Quality Control: Ensure the job quality is maintained at company standards
• Manage Snow & Ice removal inclusive of sales, planning, schedule and oversite of execution during weather events
• Annual Budgeting

Pay & Benefits

• Excellent pay, $90,000 - $105,000 (based on experience) salary plus incentives

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of proven Management/Business Development experience
• Extensive lawn maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities
• Strong budgeting experience, preferably with experience managing $7-8 million in revenues
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Business, Horticulture, etc...

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
