Job Summary

Work along side a crew of 4+ technicians to perform all facets of landscape maintenance on commercial properties.

Communicate with colleagues both verbal and written as well as take direction from upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ability to recognize areas in need of detailing with-in landscape.

Ability to prune shrubs, plants, Trees and Palms correctly.

Ability to clean up correctly after detailing.

Keeping tools & equipment clean and organized.

Understanding of spraying of pest & pre emergent weed control in beds.

Operate landscape maintenance equipment both efficiently and safely.

Be able to train new employees and carrying out day to day tasks.

Possess the characteristics necessary to work at a fast pace in the Florida environment.

Light pest control/fertilizer applications

Manage a crew of 3-5 people

Verbal and written communication

Electronically input employees time sheets via cell phone

Provide Training for work and safety

Qualifications and Skills

At least 3 years industry experience preferred with an emphasis in Landscape Detail/Floriculture

Valid Drivers License required with acceptable driving record
