Colonial Gardens is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to help take our Landscape division to the next level. Do you love to work outdoors? Do you enjoy ensuring a job well done? KEY Responsibilities:
- Professionalism – Represent yourself positively as an extension of DCA outdoor on the jobsite. Stays calm under pressure, always be polite, and show respect to team members and customers
Time Management – Work with a purpose, accomplish assigned tasks in a timely fashion, and prioritize responsibilities to make sure the job is accomplished efficiently
Execution – Execute installations in a timely fashion, complete installation jobs that will reflect positively on you, your team, and DCA outdoor
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Education
- Horticulture Experience Preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Class E will be required to pull trailers
- Bilingual a plus
Working Conditions:
- Working hours may involve overtime and/or weekends during the “busy” parts of the season
- This job requires working in diverse weather conditions including but not limited to: rain, heat, cold, wind
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand and be active most of the day
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Any lifting above 70 pounds should be done mechanically
