Are you a high-energy sales professional looking for a career opportunity that rewards success?

We are looking for talented and driven sales professionals to join our team! You will be selling rural tracts of land that we have developed. You will work directly with the president of the company, Spencer Grogan and Sales Team Lead to help potential buyers buy the piece of Texas land they have been looking for.

Detailed Responsibilities

· Selling rural tracts of land

· Showing properties to potential buyers. This may be outside of normal working hours, so a flexible schedule is required.

· Generating leads

· Following up leads generated by our marketing campaign

· Building relationships with potential buyers

· Helping improve our sales process and marketing campaign

· Working with the company eCRM and project management system

· Land sizes are typically 10-30 acres

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

· Two years of sales experience is required, but real estate sales experience is not a requirement

· Exceptional verbal and written skills

· A valid driver’s license

· A clean background check

· Good references

You are:

· Bilingual (English and Spanish)

· A self-starter

· Motivated and goal-oriented

· A clear communicator

· Personable, friendly, and helpful

· Persistent
