Position Overview:

Parking duties include but are not limited to: parking cars, providing customer service, selling parking passes, following safety regulations, and performing various cleaning tasks. Working as a Parking Team Member is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience

• Direct vehicles towards their designated parking spot

• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests

• Monitor all areas of the parking lot and report any conflicts to the lead and/or supervisor

• Other duties as assigned to support the park

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns

• Strong communications skills with a complete understanding of the English language

• Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends

Working Conditions:

• Requires standing for long periods and walking long distances within the park

• Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures

• Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
