Grounds Team Member duties include but are not limited to watering plants, providing customer service, weed whacking, and Trash Removal, following safety regulations, and performing various cleaning tasks.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Greet customers, assist with questions, and maintain a clean work environment.

• Assist with Watering, Weed Whacking, Pruning, and Lawn Mowing. • Removal of trash and Trees as needed. • Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests. • Assist in site preparation, plantings (all plant types – from large trees to small annuals), mulch and topsoil application, loading and unloading materials and tools and hauling equipment • Other duties as assigned to support the park.

Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Landscaping Experience Preferred • Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns • Strong communications skills. Complete understanding of the English language • Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends Working Conditions: • Requires standing for long periods, ability to walk long distances within the park, and exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat.
