The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 Order and track laboratory supplies.
 Create, receive and reconcile orders through our ordering and tracking software.
 Maintain and repair equipment.
 Prepare solutions.

 PAGE purify oligos.
 Complement the positive and dynamic Central Services (CS) team, lending support to the lab manager and other laboratory assistants.
 Quickly and effectively interpret directions into appropriate and efficient actions.
 Develop and propose improved processes to fulfill the above functions.
 Maintain the lab’s cleanliness and organization.
 Other duties as assigned.
 Adhere to Roche Diagnostic Seattle’s policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner.


PROFICIENCIES
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Solid computer skills. Experience with Excel preferred.
 Very good organization skills and attention to detail.
 Strong analytical ability.
 A keen ability to listen to directions and execute them accurately.
 Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels.
 Ability to work safely and professionally with or on Roche Diagnostic Seattle's property.
 Bachelor’s degree focused in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics or Engineering field preferred.
 Previous laboratory or research experience preferred.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Seattle, WA is $34,500-$64,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. Benefits
