3, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
The Surgical Technologists are an integral part of the Hillcrest team. The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing and assisting surgeons during operative and invasive procedures.

The successful candidate will be able to:
  • Ensure all equipment needed for procedures is disinfected, assembled, and functioning properly
  • Prepare patients for their surgery, arrange medical equipment and assist doctors during surgical procedures
  • Open supplies and instruments utilizing the aseptic technique
  • Prepare the operating room for pre-assigned cases using physician preference
  • Sterilize equipment and provide surgeons instruments upon their request during surgical procedures
  • Order, replenish, and take inventory of supplies and other surgical supplies as needed
  • Attend and participate in all mandatory training and meetings
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess an accredited Surgical Technologist Certification OR be willing, able, and eligible to obtain it within the first six (6) months of employment
  • 1-year experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills daily
  • Must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and ability to pay attention to details
