Job Duties:
- Be a key player in the evaluation of products and film as we develop new leafy green and berry products to bring to market.
- This role requires a basic understanding of data collection, documentation, and lab safety protocols and great attention to detail.
- Participate in the day-to-day execution of post-harvest research and other product development tests.
- Evaluate products frequently for various self-life metrics, including but not limited to CO2, O2, decay, color/discoloration, odor, temperature, etc.
- Collect and organize high-quality data and upload it into a database in a timely manner.
- Take pictures of products with clear labels and coding.
- Organize the product samples and ensure clear labels, coding, and tracking.
- Clearly communicate daily progress to the Product Development Team.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions. Share observations and insights from day-to-day product reviews.
