- Perform routine microbiological and chemical analyses.
- Enumeration, recording, reporting of results.
- Listeria swab collection, as indicated in SOP 5-01.
- Media preparation for use in microbiological analyses.
- Carry out Lab QA duties as indicated in OSI and RSF Lab QA programs.
- Scheduling/prioritizing of workload.
- QA Foreign Material Audits.
- Equipment Steaming Program
- Schedule and carry out preoperative sanitation swabbing
- Carry out Quarterly HACCP Verification Testing
- Lab duties/task charts.
- Sample collection
- Proficiency testing.
- Safety
- Lab Cleanliness.
Required Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 months Lab Training
