Leon's Fine Poultry & Oyster Shop is looking for a strong kitchen prepper to join our team. Prep cooks are an integral part to any F&B operation and is one the biggest keys to being a consistent operation. We are high volume so this position requires experience in bulk prep. We are looking to bring in one candidate and train them before busy season. Must have reliable transportation and having own knives is a plus. For anyone interested please apply for consideration.
